At Buffalo Trace Distillery, we take pride in delivering your merchandise quickly and securely. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and returns.
Shipping Information
Shipping is simple. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days via UPS Ground from Kentucky, and you’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your package is on its way.
When will my order ship?
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after being received. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a UPS tracking number so you can follow its progress.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times depend on two factors:

Order Processing – Allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment.

Time in Transit – Begins once your package is picked up by UPS. Transit time varies based on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Out-of-Stock Items
Looking for something that’s currently sold out? Our online shop updates daily as new inventory arrives. Unfortunately, we do not receive advance notice of restocks. Please check back frequently for availability.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are easy. You have 45 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange an item, and our team will guide you through the process to make it simple and hassle-free.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

Returns and exchanges for similar/like items are valid for 45 days after the date of purchase.

All returned items are carefully inspected prior to refund or exchange to ensure they are in original condition. Items must be unused, with any tags, labels, or packaging intact.

If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or use beyond what is necessary to check fit or quality, a full refund may not be possible. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment once the return has been approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped after the returned product passes inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, opened drinkware, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.
