Custom engraving order process typically takes 20-30 business days from start to finish.

Absolutely! All our products are crafted from authentic Buffalo Trace whiskey barrels, giving each piece unique character and history.
At this time we can only engrave names and dates in our standard layout. We are not able to engrave custom logos or provide digital proofs before engraving. Please review all spelling and dates carefully before submitting your order.
Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns unless there is a defect or error on our part. We stand behind our quality and will make it right.
